Hi everyone!
I am currently looking for a 1BR or a bachelor, preferably located near the North Island College, as I will be a full time student for the adventure guiding certificate from September t'ill the end of May.
Clean, quiet and very Zen is how I would describe myself best. Teaching laughter Yoga (outside of my place!) and landscaping will keep me busy outside of my school hours.
My preferences are;
- Bright, top floor, spacious and quiet bachelor or 1 bedroom
-Garden space/green backyard
- Rent $700-900ish inclusive (furnished or unfurnished, I have all of my furniture with me)
- Off the main road or at least located in a quiet area
- Ideally a suite with lots of sunlight, in a professional household.
- Location: Comox or Courtenay.
What I offer:
- Clean and quiet (I am not a party type of guy!)
- Willing to assist with gardening
- Willing to sign a 1 year lease (excellent letter of references available)
