The entire home would be completely unfurnished, so yes, you supply all your own living room furniture, bedroom suite, kitchen necessities, etc. You will have full run of the house pretty much.
1 designated parking space provided directly out front, visitor and/or 2nd vehicle available on street.
It is centrally located in Courtenay.
Rent is $900 plus hydro, couples welcome. No internet or tv services provided, unless you get it yourselves.
Recent references must be provided.
Preference given to adults that are employed or in school, since that is what would be best suited to live with.
