FOR-TRADE: 26' THUNDERBIRD SAILBOAT HULL in Courtenay, British Columbia for sale

I have run out of time and space for this project. So, I am willing to consider any/all reasonable trades for this hull.
It's an awesome project boat, probably better suited for revamping into a ultra-stable power cruiser, than bringing back to sailling condition, however, who am I to tamper with your dreams. Could make wonderful funky studio with cabin built on back. :)
I am offering the 26' fibreglass over plywood hull with keel in place and a scoocum heavy duty aluminum motor mount attached to the transom for trade.
The hull is in very good condition. It requires minimal work (plug the one tiny drainage hole I drilled in it) to plunk back in the water.
The keel is a very good stabilizer for our choppy waters. With a 10 hp long shaft outboard motor, the slender racing hull design enables this baby to boogie at high speed, high fuel economy, in displacement (non-planing) mode (I've done it)!
If you leave the keel on, you've got a cruiser which will stay upright in the nastiest of conditions.
If you remove the keel (what I was planning to do), you shorten the draft and can come closer to shore - even beach the boat (in a good way).
The boat is out of the water and has been clean (inside) and dry for several years. You can keep this fall's light tree debris on the topsides at no extra charge.
I've got her propped up firmly (boat mover/hauler ready) on 4 professional sailboat jacks and I have a handy heavy duty 6' high by 4' wide aluminum "trigger" stepladder (total cost $1000+), which can be part of our trade and something you may consider of value should you choose to crib up the boat on your end and dispose of the jacks for cash (for possible future alimony payments).
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
