Currently my girlfriend and i live in a 3 bedroom 3 bath duplex located in Courtenay, and we are looking to rent out one of our rooms. We are mid to late 20's year old professionals who both work full time. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, tidy, easy to live with and a non smoker. We are both super easy going with good personalities. We like to have some social drinks on the weekend but don't go crazy. We have a small dog who is super chill and an attention seeker, very mild mannered and well behaved. We are looking for someone preferably going to school or someone who has a full time job.
The pictures of the room obviously have some stuff in it now because it is being used as a spare bedroom, but all this would be removed. Room is approximately 16x16 ft maybe more with a full sized closet and window. You have your own bathroom with a tub and shower, washer and dryer are upstairs which makes for easy laundry. As well we have all other services including fridge, stove, micro-wave, dish washer, BBQ and we even have a hot tub which you would be able to use as well. Rent includes all services including cable, internet etc. There is a garage and a shed so some storage is available but is limited. Have lots of pictures but unable to load them for some reason, can send them via email.
